This mold is machined out of a solid block of aluminum, which results in a structurally rugged mold body.  Wagstaff's exacting computer controlled, automated machine tools ensure consistent, precision manufacturing.  Advanced manufacturing techniques along with the consistency of the Wagstaff AutoCast Automated Casting Controls and Wagstaff's expert casting technical assistance are the combination of tools that will promote high productivity in the rolling ingot casthouse.
