Michael Wagstaff

President and Chairman of the Board

Before being named President of Wagstaff, Inc., Michael served as the CEO of the company’s Hebron, Kentucky location, Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager, and spent 10 years as the Area Sales Manager for the Eastern United States territory. In 2002, Michael moved from Spokane to Northern Kentucky to rejuvenate Wagstaff’s satellite manufacturing operations there. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and earned his MBA from Northern Kentucky University in 2009.

Steve Anderson

CEO

Steve Anderson arrived at Wagstaff in 1995 armed with degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Business Management from Washington State University. Steve has held many engineering positions with Wagstaff across several departments (R&D, Automated Services Group, Applications), and honed his management acumen by serving as ASG Engineering Manager, R&D Automation Manager, Director of Engineering and VP of Sales and Marketing. 

Barbara Wagstaff Parkes

Vice President - Human Resources

Barbara served as the President of Wagstaff, Inc. for over 9 years before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources. Barbara began her career at Wagstaff as a young intern in the CNC machine programming department. Through education and experience she progressed through several roles with the company including a position with the Finance department, director of the Payroll department, and a seat on the Board of Directors.

Mike Kosmicki

Vice President - Research and Development

Mike joined Wagstaff in April 1996 after earning an Electrical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines. He has been the chief architect of the company’s core PLC and SCADA systems since 1998 and has played a key role in numerous automation advancements. Mike previously served as Director of Automation before joining the Executive Team.

Jack White

Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Jack White has served as Wagstaff’s Applications Engineering manager for the past 16 years while performing a dual role as the Area Sales Manager – Western United States for the past four years. Jack holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and has 39 years of valuable experience in the aluminum industry.

Mike Person

CFO and Vice President of Finance

Mike joined Wagstaff as Director of Finance in 2019 after 8 years in the telecommunications industry. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from Eastern Washington University.
